The working committee Corporate Compliance consists of representatives of Eurojust, Europol/BKA, public prosecutor’s offices, the European Court of Auditors, economic chambers, criminal law sciences, lawyers, criminal defence and forensic as well as currently 25 company representatives (Chief Compliance Officers) and holds bi-annual meetings.

  

The main topics regard the field “Compliance” as the formulation of the “Kodex-Papier zur Abgrenzung von legaler Kundenpflege und Korruption”, prevention and data protection within the company etc.
